This Sales Agreement sets out the terms and conditions governing the purchase of goods and/or services through this platform. It is intended to comply with applicable laws and consumer protections in Australia, including the Australian Consumer Law (ACL).

5. Returns and Refunds
Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law remain unaffected. You are entitled to a replacement, repair, or refund in the case of:

- Services not provided with due care and skill
Change-of-mind returns may be accepted at our discretion and may be subject to conditions (e.g., return period, original packaging, proof of purchase).
6. Warranties
We comply with all consumer guarantees under the ACL. Any express warranty provided with the goods or services is in addition to, and does not limit, your statutory rights.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential losses resulting from your purchase or use of the goods/services. Our liability is limited to the remedies set out in the Australian Consumer Law.
8. Title and Risk
Ownership of goods passes to you only after full payment has been received. Risk of loss or damage transfers upon delivery.
9. Governing Law
This Agreement is governed by the laws of Australia. Any disputes arising under or in connection with this Agreement will be subject to the jurisdiction of Australian courts.
